To us there is no better real estate agent in central Florida than Gail. Gail's expertise in the market enabled us to find the perfect house. It took time but Gail always looked after our best interest in not only showing us properties that met our requirements, but advised us on any offers we made. Gail was amazing. She had several places for us to look at and if we didn't like them she had more to show us. She was great fun too, had a blast looking at different places and she gave her thoughts as to what would need to be done before moving in. And if we didn't like it we didn't spend a lot of time on it just moved onto the next one. Invaluable resource!
I live in Orlando, but own a rental property in Atlanta. Gail was able to connect me with someone in the Atlanta market who knows the ins/outs of the neighborhood surrounding my property. She connected me and advised me on how to proceed, whether to sell or continue to rent. I am well informed and have a clear plan of action. Neither Gail or her colleague in Atlanta profited from the work they put in for me. There is no question in mind about who to work with in the future. Gail represented us through a new home build process in Laureate Park and we are very happy. Her knowledge, experience, professional demeanor, and availability gave us insights and confidence that we wouldn't have had if we went through the process on our own. Throughout the 10-month building process, she would frequently check in with us and even stopped by the build site to evaluate the progress. Our experience with Gail was absolutely amazing! We were relocating from Washington DC so most of our initial contact was via email. She was incredibly responsive and helped us narrow down our early search results. When we were finally able to make the trip down to actually look at homes she had a day FULL of listings for us as time was obviously a factor. She had a good mix of older and new construction homes. We ended up going with a pre-spec new build. We thought we were in for a pretty simple new home purchase given the fact it was brand new and already spec'ed, but we were so wrong. The split second things with the builder didn't seem right, Gail jumped into action. The amount of things she took care of and times I had to realize that, I didn't know what I didn't know, was astounding. I don't even want to know how much more time and money I would have wasted if Gail hadn't been there. We were fortunate enough to use Gail for both purchasing a home and then selling the same home 5 years later. Not only is she very professional but she was also very caring about our daughters safety and making sure she was in a nice and safe neighborhood.
