  2. Submit the listing to our Multiple Listing Service
  3. Submit copies of your listing to our company sales staff for waiting buyers
  4. Promote your property for maximum exposure to other agents in the area
  5. Coordinate opportunities for agents and buyers to view your home
  6. Tremendous exposure on the Internet
  7. Keep you informed about changes in the marketplace and financing, and their effects on the sale of your property
  8. Increase showings by the use of a lockbox
  9. Hold Open Houses by myself when appropriate
  10. Aggressively advertise and promote your home in accordance with our corporate marketing strategy.
  11. Create informative hand-outs for potential buyers and at Open Houses
